This institutional project demonstrates our ability to manage complex requirements with precision. Using BIM models from LOD100–LOD400, we coordinated multiple disciplines to prevent clashes and improve system performance. Our MEP engineering designs balanced functionality with long-term maintenance needs, ensuring the facility operates efficiently for years to come. Accurate estimation and scheduling gave the client transparency and control, making the project a model of reliability and smart execution.
